Virtual Branch?Services enables you to perform home banking tasks, pay your bills, and communicate with the credit union quickly and easily from the comfort of your home or wherever you might happen to be. You have access to these services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Internet. All account information set up using Virtual Branch?is highly secure due to state-of-the-art security and is protected under the latest and most powerful firewall platform.

As a member of P.S.T.C. Employees Federal Credit Union, you will be able to access the Internet Home Banking Services (BankIt) and the Bill Payment Services (PayIt) free of charge. You will be able to view your credit union accounts, make transfers and loan payments, view your transaction history, pay bills, export your financial information to your personal financial management software, such as Quicken or Microsoft Money, and communicate with the credit union at no cost. A share draft account is required when using the Bill Pay Services.

Bill Payment Services (PayIt) offers an alternative to the traditional method of paying bills. Instead of writing a check and mailing the payment to the merchant, you can make payments through PayIt free of charge. PayIt allows you to schedule payments to be made immediately or on prearranged dates (up to one year in advance), review and change scheduled payments, and review payment history. You can schedule one-time payments to be made on certain dates or set up automatic payments to be made on a regular basis. PayIt provides a confirmation number for every payment and keeps track of your payment history.

Paying bills involves three steps:
Set up your personal list of merchants, including your account number assigned by the merchants Set up a payment Change or cancel a payment, as necessary

To use PayIt, a share draft account is necessary. Payments are deducted from your share draft account when paid.
